BoumBoum Drum Workshops

BoumBoum offer community and schools workshops in West African rhythm and song. I have extensive experience over the past eighteen years, and have trained in the UK, Europe and West Africa, so  bring cultural context to all my teaching. I carry instruments for up to 45 players, and am available to teach from 1:1 ongoing training to large, one-off events. All music is from the West African Malinke tradition - beautiful and exciting rhythms that are accessible to all levels of player, from novice to soloist.
